Authorities are trying to determine whether a propane explosion set off by a motorcycle crash in Johnston, Rhode Island last summer contributed to the recent deaths of two women.
Deputy Police Chief Daniel Parillo said Monday that investigators are waiting for test results to determine whether 52-year-old Patricia Manney Jones and Dolores Pagano died as a result of reckless driving.
Jones died in early October and Pagano died about a week ago.

Authorities say the motorcycle operator drove into a driveway on Aug. 19 and crashed into a grill, setting off a propane explosion. He was charged with driving to endanger and reckless driving.
Parillo says he could face "enhanced'' charges if the fire is determined to be the cause of death for the two women.
