Suspect Arrested in Fatal Triple Stabbing in R.I.

A Providence, Rhode Island, man has been arrested in connection with a home invasion and triple stabbing which injured two women and killed one, according to Attorney General Peter Kilmartin.

David Allison is being charged with murder, burglary and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

He is accused of breaking into a home on Commodore Street in September and stabbing Maria Feliciano, Adriana Figueroa, and Elba Feliciano.

Feliciano died from her injuries.

According to necn affiliate WJAR, one of the victims ran across the street to the home of the deputy sheriff, who was able to subdue Allison.

Allison is scheduled to be arraigned in superior court on Dec. 23.
