A shooting was under investigation early Friday morning in Lynn, Massachusetts, after two men were wounded, the city's police department confirmed.
A heavy police presence was seen on Waterhill Street, where authorities responded to around 12:30 a.m. A section of the street was taped off.
Police said that they found two men who were shot. One of the victims was taken to Mass. General Hospital with possibly life-threatening injuries after being hit in the back and the arm, Lynn police said. The other man was taken to Salem Hospital, with a non-life threatening injury to his leg, according to authorities.
There have not been any arrests made, according to police.

An investigation remained active Friday morning. Additional details have not been released.
