Vermont State Police say two work horses stolen from a property in Sandgate have been located.
The theft at 5969 Sandgate Road happened sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Police determined a truck and trailer were used to steal the horses.
Police said a called reported the horses were in a fenced meadow in Dorset. The owner was informed and the horses were recovered.
No charges have been announced.
