Driver Accused in Bicyclist Fatality to Be Arraigned

Ferrisburgh, Vermont, woman charged in a crash that killed a bicyclist last month is expected to be arraigned.

Thirty-six-year-old Holly Gonyeau is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

The June 17 crash killed 60-year-old Kenneth Najarian of Charlotte, who was riding his bicycle on Greenbush Road. He was a well-known radiologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

The night of the crash, Gonyeau was charged with driving under the influence - a misdemeanor.
