Vermont State Police say a former Waterbury dance instructor has been accused of sexually abusing two underage victims who attended the studio where he worked.
Ernest Phillips, 29, was arrested Tuesday after detectives reopened a sexual assault investigation from 2012.
Police reopened the case after a victim came forward and said Phillips sad sexual relations with her over the course of a year.

A second victim came forward and provided similar accounts.
Investigation showed Phillips has numerous students during the course of the victims' timelines.
He was located at his work in Essex and was placed under arrest.
He is expected to be arraigned Wednesday. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
