PUTNEY, Vt. (AP) _ Federal marshals and state troopers have arrested a former Vermont man on a fugitive from justice charge out of Pennsylvania.
Officials say 36-year-old Brent Mansur-Carr was wanted in Pennsylvania for one count of sexual assault and one count of rape.

The U.S. Marshal's Service says a warrant was issued when he failed to appear in court last week. He was tracked down and arrested Friday in Putney, Vermont.
Mansur-Carr was being held while awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. It's not known whether Mansur-Carr has a lawyer.
