A suspect was arrested on his second DUI offense in Brookfield, Vermont, Friday night.
Around 5:50 p.m., troopers responded to the report that a male subject had fallen out of his vehicle on Lavender Road. Investigation revealed that 60-year-old Mitchell Goad was operating under the influence with a BAC of .214.
Goad was charged with driving under the influence. He is set to appear in court on Sept. 23.
