Man Charged With Killing Toddler Released on Bail

Joshua Blow was accused of second-degree murder following Aiden Haskins' death on July 22

Bail has been posted for a Vermont man charged with killing a 2-year-old boy, a case in which a judge said the evidence against him is "paper thin."

Joshua Blow was accused of second-degree murder following Aiden Haskins' death on July 22. He had been initially held without bail. Bail was then set at $25,000 by Judge Michael Kupersmith.

The Burlington Free Press
reports Blow was no longer listed as an inmate at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans on Wednesday.

Attorneys for Blow, who has pleaded not guilty, have filed a motion to dismiss the case, which the prosecution opposes.
