A 45-year-old Vermont man died in a rock climbing accident Wednesday in Dorset, according to necn affiliate WPTZ.
Glen Rizio of Sunderland was found around 4 p.m. on the Green Peak Trail off Dorset Hill Road, Vermont State Police said.
He was climbing with a friend and wearing appropriate safety gear at the time of the accident, according to police.
The investigation into Rizio's death is ongoing, but it is believed to be accidental in nature.
