A man was killed and a woman was injured in an ATV crash in Lowell, Vermont.
Police say 46-year-old Richard Buckland of Montgomery was driving the ATV with 39-year-old Elizabeth Buckland, also of Montgomery, as his passenger. The vehicle crashed on a remote trail Sunday afternoon.
Both victims were taken to North Country Hospital, where Richard Buckland was pronounced dead. Elizabeth Buckland sustained a possible lung injury.
Neither victim was wearing a helmet.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
