Teachers in South Burlington, Vermont, plan to go on strike next week if a health care dispute isn't settled.
Tuesday night teachers met with the school board, trying to hammer out a new contract. However, the board did not counter the teachers' proposal.
If a deal isn't reached by Tuesday, teachers say they'll go on strike.
The board will meet to discuss their counter-proposal Thursday night.
