Driver and two passengers escaped from partially submerged vehicle

A 17-year-old driver and two passengers were injured when the Hummer in which they were riding flipped over while traveling in Grafton, Vermont.

Vermont State Police said the car lost control while traveling west on Route 121 at about 8:20 p.m., veered off the road, fell about 15 feet, and landed on its roof in the Saxtons River.

The driver and two passengers escaped from the vehicle, which was partially submerged, and flagged down a passing motorist.
