The South Burlington, Vermont, School Board and the teachers union have ratified a three-year contract for teachers following a four-day strike last week.
The board says the contract provides a salary increase and continues the teachers' current health care plan, with increased contributions. Salaries and benefits increase by about 8 percent total over the three years.
It says the South Burlington Educators Association has withdrawn an unfair labor practice filed against the board last week.
Both sides reached a tentative agreement over the weekend.
Schools reopened on Monday.
