Police in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom are looking for help from the public in identifying a burglary suspect they say stole from a non-profit that supports community members in need of assistance.
Lyndonville police say the man in this surveillance video broke into the H.O.P.E. thrift shop on Depot Street shortly after midnight on Saturday morning.
Police say the man stole frozen meat that was to be distributed to low-income people experiencing hunger. They say he also stole two cameras and money from the shop’s cash register and charity collection jar.
The H.O.P.E. shop sells donated items to benefit the basic needs of people in the Lyndonville area. For more information on their work, visit this website.
