A home day care facility worker who has been charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child is facing another charge.
State police say 77-year-old Thomas Claffey was arrested Wednesday after authorities say a second victim was identified.
Court documents show the day care was licensed to his wife. It has since closed.
Authorities say Claffey helped run the day care and would occasionally supervise children. Police say he exposed himself to a 6-year-old girl at the facility twice in 2014. Claffey pleaded not guilty to the initial charge and said Wednesday that he had no comment on the additional charge on lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
Police say the investigation is continuing.
