A Vermont man is charged with aggravated sexual assault for forcibly performing oral sex on a 14-year-old.
Wayne J. Russin, 59, of Essex was arrested on Wednesday.
The Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations received information from the Department for Children and Families and police regarding sexual assaults that occurred in 2007 and 2008.
He was arraigned Thursday at Chittenden Superior Court and released on bail and conditions.
