Police are looking for a Vermont man accused of sexually abusing three children.
Officers began searching for 35-year-old David Hojohn Jr. of Winooski after learning of the allegations. Police responded, but he fled the scene after threatening to take his own life, according to the Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations.
Hojohn is wanted for four counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child, three counts of lewd or lascivious conduct with a child, two counts of lewd or lascivious conduct and one count of aggravated sexual assault.

Hojohn allegedly drove off in a blue 2012 Kia Forte Koup with Vermont plates reading "HKG742." When he was last seen, Hojohn was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, a hat and black boots.
Authorities say Hojohn has associates across Chittenden County and in Barre. He is on probation, and officials say he has been arrested for 11 felonies, having been convicted of six, with 15 misdemeanor arrests and 10 misdemeanor convictions. Past charges for which Hojohn was convicted include assault, grand larceny, possession of stolen property, trespassing and cocaine distribution.
