Police have charged a Vermont man that is accused of using his cell phone to take "upskirt" pictures of women at a store in Williston.

Police say that thanks to tips from the public they arrested Ryan Kane of Panton, Vermont. He's being charged with voyeurism.

An officer responded to the call Tuesday at a Marshalls retail store, where the unidentified man allegedly used his cellphone to take the photo while the victim was bent over.

When another customer confronted the man, he fled, according to police.
