Woman With .260 BAC Charged With DUI

An alleged drunk driver was charged with DUI after a rollover crash.

Vermont State Police are investigating after a woman, whose blood alcohol content was three times over the legal limit, caused a rollover crash.

Around 9:15 p.m. Friday night, police responded to a single vehicle rollover crash on VT Route 11 in the town of Londonderry. The motorist, later identified as 26-year-old Tanya Parker, reported that she lost control of the vehicle and went off the roadway. She was not injured in the crash.

Parker was found to be under the influence of alcohol and had a BAC of .260 percent. She is charged with driving under the influence.
