Police in Merrimack, New Hampshire, have charged a woman with aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Forty-one-year-old Kerry Dovidio of Merrimack was stopped Sunday evening. The officer who pulled her over smelled alcohol on her breath and described signs of impairment.
Police confirm there was a child in the car.
Dovidio was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
She is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 18 in Merrimack.
