1 Dead, 2 Injured in Bedford, New Hampshire Crash

A 21-year-old man died on scene, Bedford police say

One person is dead and two others are injured after a motor vehicle crash in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Police responded shortly after midnight to a report of a vehicle that went off the road and hit a tree on Back River Road, between Meadowcrest Drive and Camp Road.

Police say a 21-year-old man, who was riding in the Honda Accord, died at the scene. Another passenger suffered what are believed to be life-threatening injuries and was taken to Elliot Hospital where he remains in critical condition. Police say the driver, a 22-year-old woman, was also taken to Elliot Hospital with minor injuries.

The victims' names have not been released.

The crash is under investigation.

No other information was immediately available.
