Charles Monroe, 18, faces a number of serious charges after allegedly terrorizing schoolgirls in one city neighborhood.
Three female teenagers were attacked on the way to school.
The assaults took place near Dorchester and Providence Streets.
It appears that the teen being charged did not know his female victims.
Police were able to identify the suspect with the help of the alleged victims.
