‘Armed and Dangerous' Man Sought in Connection With Shooting: Police

Police are seeking a man they say should be considered "armed and dangerous" in connection with a shooting early Thursday morning in Concord, New Hampshire.

Concord police said they received a call around 5:40 a.m. for a report of an adult female who had been shot at and physically assaulted at an apartment on Market Lane. The woman was not hit by the gunshot, but did suffer minor injuries as a result of the assault and was taken to an area hospital.

Her condition was not immediately known.

Several suspects were seen fleeing the apartment building shortly after the incident.

Police said surveillance video at the apartment complex captured the suspects prior to and after the incident. A person of interest directly involved in the shooting was captured on video entering the apartment building prior to the incident. That person was described only as a male who was wearing a light-colored T-shirt.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the person of interest, who they believe to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call Concord police at 603-225-8600 or the Concord Regional Crimeline at 603-226-3100.
