Two Babson College students accused of driving through Hillary Clinton's alma mater waving a Donald Trump flag just hours after she conceded the Nov. 8 presidential election have been cleared of wrongdoing by their school.
Brad Bailey, the attorney for Edward Tomasso, one of the two students, said the men were notified Monday by Babson officials that they were cleared of any wrongdoing from the incident at Wellesley College.
"The honor board found my client and Mr. Rand Riccardi not responsible for these allegations," Bailey said. "It's not about divisiveness at all. He's a very fine young man and he's just extremely grateful for this result."
The two students had also been accused of spitting on a Wellesley student and shouting racial and homophobic slurs.
Some students necn spoke to at Wellesley were not happy with the outcome.
"I'm disappointed. That's all I can say," said Jen, a sophomore who lives at Harambee House. "It is what is. I just feel like it's time to move on and just fight for truth and justice."
Michael Chmura, a Babson spokesman, said Monday that "Babson College does not comment on specific student conduct matters."

Officials at both schools condemned the students' actions, and they were both expelled from their fraternity. A petition was also circulated on Change.org calling for them to be kicked out of school.
According to The Boston Globe, the two men were told to leave campus and only returned last week.
Clinton graduated from Wellesley in 1969.
