New Hampshire State Police and Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announced an autopsy was conducted on Steven E. Hall, who was found dead in Bristol, New Hampshire on Friday.
Hall’s cause of death was by a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The Chief Medical Examiner ruled Hall’s death as a homicide.
Hall was 52-years-old. The investigation is still ongoing.
