The Burlington Mall in Massachusetts will soon be undergoing a transformation.
Beginning in January, the shopping center will begin interior and exterior renovations which include elevated and modern furnishings, a new dining pavilion and a new play area.
The enhancements will be part of the ongoing renovations underway at the property, according to officials with Simon Malls.
"We are thrilled about the expansive transformation at Burlington Mall that will contribute to the major development project that is well underway," Burlington Mall General Manger Justin Feldhouse said. "These enhancements combined with existing and future retail and dining offerings allow us to provide an even greater experience to our loyal shoppers."
Other enhancements coming to the mall will include improvements to public restrooms, the addition of family restrooms, a media lounge for shoppers to relax in between shopping and a ride-sharing lounge.
The renovations are expected to completed in the summer of 2021.
