Two bodies have been found near the car belonging to a Georgia couple who disappeared last week while on a day trip to buy vintage Mustang they found on Craigslist, police told NBC News. The car belonging to the couple — Elrey "Bud" Runion, 69, and his wife June Runion, 66 — was found submerged in a body of water, the unidentified bodies nearby. Suspect Ronnie "Jay" Towns, 28, who was wanted for making false statements to investigators and for criminal intent to commit theft by deception, turned himself in on Monday, police told NBC News. The couple planned to drive 300 miles to buy a 1966 Mustang that they had seen on Craigslist and return the same night.
