ESPN Cuts Ties With Analysts McNabb, Davis Amid Sexual Misconduct Investigation

Former wardrobe stylist Jami Cantor described several sexually inappropriate encounters with the retired NFL players

ESPN has severed ties with NFL contributors Donovan McNabb and Eric Davis after a month-long investigation into sexual misconduct allegations involving the men at NFL Network, the company confirmed to NBC.

Jami Cantor, who worked as a wardrobe stylist at the NFL Network, accused McNabb, Davis and three other analysts of sexual misconduct in a lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that McNabb sent inappropriate text messages and that Davis rubbed his body against Cantor while speaking to her inappropriately.

The three others named in the lawsuit are Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans. They were "suspended from their duties at NFL Network pending an investigation into these allegations," league spokesman Brian McCarthy said in December.

The lawsuit and suspensions are the latest in a wave of sexual misconduct allegations against prominent men in politics, entertainment and media.

Cantor worked at NFL Network for a decade until she was fired in October 2016. In the suit against NFL Enterprises, she alleges age and sex discrimination, sexual harassment that created a hostile work environment, wrongful termination and defamation.
