Governor Ned Lamont is honoring nurses at a ceremony outside of Hartford Hospital on Wednesday.
Lamont will commemorate National Nurses Day and the start of National Nurses Week at the ceremony.
The ceremony is also expected to honor nurses for their service to our communities.
The event is expected to begin at 11:45 a.m.
