Supreme Court Divided on Lethal Injection Secrecy

Because the supply of traditional deadly cocktails used to carry out executions is shrinking, states have found other sources for drugs without naming their specific pharmacies. Defense lawyers have criticized states for keeping a veil of secrecy.
