Police in Lowell, Massachusetts, say a missing woman who suffers from dementia has been found safe.
A Silver Alert was declared by the Lowell Police Department for 65-year-old Joan Girard, who was reported missing Monday afternoon.
Police said shortly before 6 p.m. that Girard had been found safe.
