State police have arrested a Massachusetts man who is accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls in Thompson.
Police started investigating on Oct. 19 when officials from the Department of Children and Families reported a sexual assault in Thompson, according to state police, and Joshua Vancelette, 27, of Dudley, Massachusetts, is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl and 18-year-old girl.
Police took him into custody on Monday and charged him with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.
Bond was set at $25,000 and he is due in Danielson Superior Court today.
