Man in Custody After Standoff in Manchester, New Hampshire

A man is in custody after a standoff in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Police responded Sunday morning to 205 Pinebrook Place for a wanted check. They say Travis Demers, 20, of Manchester, was wanted out of Concord for conspiracy to commit robbery.

Demers refused to exit the home and briefly barricaded himself inside, police say.

Weapons were discovered inside the home, so the Bearcat was deployed as negotiators talked him outside.

He was taken into custody just afternoon noon without further incident.

Demers was charged with resisting arrest, in addition to the outstanding warrant.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester court on Monday. It's not immediately clear if he has an attorney.
