A Massachusetts was found guilty Friday for a double shooting in Lynn two years ago Easter Sunday that left one man dead and another injured, according to the Essex County District Attorney's office.
William Cash, 47, was found guilty Friday by a jury in Salem Superior Court on charges of second-degree murder, armed assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily harm, assault and battery dangerous weapon by means of discharging a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a loaded firearm.
Cash was found not guilty on an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charge related to human trafficking.
Forty-six-46-year-old Leonard Clement and another man had been walking home from church in Central Square when they tried to get Cash to leave a woman alone who he was trying to allegedly trying to lure into his prostitution ring, investigators said.
Both men were shot.
Clement, who was disabled and legally blind, was taken to Union Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Berlin survived the shooting but has since died of unrelated causes, the district attorney said.

"What should have been a peaceful day was marred by violence in front of several witnesses in the heart of Lynn," Essex County District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett said in a statement. "Lenardo Clement ... 'died for nothing'. "My thoughts are with the friends and loved ones of Mr. Clement and Mr. Prince, who undoubtedly are left with a huge void that can never be filled."
After being put on the state's most wanted list, Cash was later arrested at a Weymouth hotel.
Cash will be sentenced Sept. 30.
