One person died in a three-alarm fire Saturday morning in Newton, Massachusetts, according to local fire officials.
A neighbor, Marsha Lassman, saw flames coming from the home around 4 a.m. Saturday.
"I was worried that it might spread to our house or the neighbor's house. Our houses are very close," she said.
She used her cell phone to take a video of the flames.
"Just raging flames in the back of the house," Lassman said. "The whole back of the house was on fire."
Authorities say a man, who was approximately 63-years-old, was found deceased in the basement of the home on Oxford Road.
Fire officials say they arrived on scene to find the home fully engulfed in flames.

They tried to access the home through the rear entrance but could not gain entry. They instead went in through the front door.
Officials found a 92-year-old woman on the second floor of the home and were able to safely rescue her.
She was transported to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
Officials say the man found deceased was the woman's son and lived at the home with her.
"Firefighters tried to make their way into the basement [and] encountered extreme fire conditions," Newton Fire Chief Bruce Proia said. "There's a heavy fire load in the house. A hoarding-type issue."
The fire was so intense that one firefighter had to go to the hospital for a minor shoulder injury.
"This is not a good morning here in the city of Newton," Newton Mayor Ruthanne Fuller said. "Our hearts go out to the family."
The fire remains under investigation.
