At least 41 people are dead after a plane crashed after taking off from the airport in Juba, South Sudan on Wednesday, Reuters reported.
The cargo plane came down on the banks of the White Nile River.
The plane may have had about 20 people on board. A crew member and a child on board survived, presidential spokesman Ateny Wek Ateny told Reuters.
Ateny said an unknown number of people were also killed on the ground.
