Police: Inmate Failed to Return to Transitional Housing

Authorities in New Hampshire are looking for an inmate who failed to check back in to transitional housing after leaving for an appointment.

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections says 68-year-old William Clayton Roy failed to return to the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester from an appointment on Wednesday.

He's described as 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs approximately 185 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He also has a cane.

He was sentenced to two two and a half to six year sentences for forgery and was made eligible for parole in March.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call state or local police.
