Eyewitnesses Could Testify Against Kraft: Report

Robert Kraft is scheduled to appear in court sometime next week

Prosecutors in Robert Kraft’s solicitation trial are reportedly working on getting witnesses to help them with their case against the New England Patriots owner.

Yahoo Sports reports sources told them of Florida prosecutors’ efforts. Kraft’s attorneys have been trying to keep video evidence suppressed and several media outlets have opposed that motion.

Kraft was charged with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution. The charges were filed late February following a massive investigation on prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter.

Sources reportedly told Yahoo Sports that prosecutors are gathering more information that could be introduced in the 77-year-old Brookline, Massachusetts resident’s trial.

Kraft, who had requested a jury trial for his case, pleaded not guilty to the charges. Prosecutors previously offered to drop the charges if he were to concede.

Kraft is expected to attend another hearing sometime next week.
