New England Patriots safety Patrick Chung has been indicted on a cocaine possession charge out of Meredith, New Hampshire.
Chung, 32, was found to be in possession of cocaine back in June and was indicted on Aug. 8. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Aug. 28.
The Patriots issued a statement saying they are aware of the reports but will not be commenting "while his judicial proceedings take place."
