3 Years Later: Sandy Recovery

This week marks the third anniversary of Sandy, which hit New York City and surrounding areas hard. The storm knocked out power, stranded residents in their homes and wreaked havoc across the region. As the rebuilding process continues, click through to see some of the progress.
