If the 2020 Major League Baseball season does finally get underway, the Red Sox will hold their spring training camp in Boston.
Bob Nightengale of USA TODAY reported Saturday all 30 MLB teams will have spring training in their home cities due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in Florida and Arizona.

NBC Sports Philadelphia reported Friday several Phillies players and staff tested positive for the coronavirus. The Toronto Blue Jays closed their Florida facility after a player showed symptoms of COVID-19.
MLB and the MLBPA still have not reached a deal to begin the 2020 campaign. The owners are set on implementing a 60-game season while the players are asking for 70 games.
The season was suspended March 12 and was supposed to begin on March 26.
