INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole organic lemon, washed and quartered
- 1” chunk of fresh ginger
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 TBS EVOO
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 TBS local honey
- Dusting of cayenne
- 1 cup water
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend smooth and creamy.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
