Suspect Sent Joking Texts After Boston Bombing

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev sent joking texts to a friend hours after the FBI released his photo as a suspect in the attacks, NBC News reported. Although some of the text messages have been released before, a complete transcript of texts sent in the days after the bombing was released by prosecutors Thursday. Two of Tsarnaev's friends, who are not accused of participating in the bombing, declined to testify this week during a hearing over statements they made to federal agents during questioning.
