Transit police say a level 3 sex offender was arrested thanks to the help of the MBTA community.
On Sunday, police issued a photo depicting a man of interest relative to an incident of assault and battery onboard a Green Line trolley at the Reservoir Station in Brookline, Massachusetts at approximately 4 p.m. on Aug. 26.
According to police, as a direct result of numerous tips from members of the MBTA community, Transit Police detectives arrested Tyler Grace, 36, of Winthrop Monday morning.
Grace is set to be arraigned in Brookline District Court on Monday.
