A tree worker was rushed to the hospital after falling as he tried to get into his truck's bucket lift Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened at Pleasant and Brook streets in Carver, Massachusetts as snow continued to fall.
A witness said the Stanley Tree Service employee was trying to respond to a downed tree, and when he attempted to get into the bucket, he lost his footing, slipped, fell and hit his head.

The eyewitness described seeing a lot of blood at the scene.
"It was just an ugly scene, you know what I mean," he said of what he witnessed.
A Carver police officer who was blocking the road for the tree work saw what happened and called for an ambulance.
The worker, a 33-year-old Rhode Island man, was rushed to a hospital with head trauma and facial injuries. Police say he was alert and talking on his way to the hospital, despite his serious injuries.
His condition was not immediately known.
Tuesday night, the majority of the town remained without power, as did many other Massachusetts residents.
Carver police tweeted Tuesday afternoon that trees and power lines are down everywhere, asking residents to stay home for their own safety and for those who have to be out working in this weather.
