Trump Expects Poor Relationship With UK Leader

Trump says he is "not stupid" and denied he was divisive

Presidential candidate Donald Trump says he may have a poor relationship with British Prime Minister David Cameron in light of his criticism of Trump's call for all Muslims to be temporarily banned from entering the United States, NBC News reported.

In an interview broadcast Monday on ITV's "Good Morning Britain," Trump also describes London's new mayor, Sadiq Khan, as rude for calling him ignorant.

Cameron has refused to retract comments describing the presumptive Republican nominee's proposed Muslim ban as "divisive, stupid and wrong."

Asked about Cameron's view, Trump said: "It looks like we are not going to have a very good relationship. Who knows, I hope to have a good relationship with him but he's not willing to address the problem either."

Trump said he is "not stupid" and denied he was divisive.
