Warmer Days, Some Humidity Ahead

Our weather will continue to improve gradually, with clouds continuing to clear out during the evening. Temperatures won’t drop much overnight, which will mean a warm day tomorrow. There may be some coastal fog developing overnight.

Tuesday will feature sunshine and temperatures will get into the 80s. Thankfully we aren’t expecting much humidity. This starts a nice three-day stretch of weather. By Wednesday, we’ll see an onshore flow, which will knock temperatures by 10-15 degrees along the coast.

Thursday will be warmer once again. Winds are back to being offshore and temperatures will reach the 80s during the afternoon. Humidity levels will increase during the afternoon. Portions of western New England may see a thunderstorm during the afternoon.

The remnants of sub-tropical storm Alberto will move into the Great Lakes by the end of the week. With a track to the west, that puts New England on the warmer, more humid side of the system. Shower chances increase late day Thursday and could continue through the weekend. At this point, we aren’t expecting any washouts, but any showers that develop could bring some heavy rain.
