A Massachusetts magician has been indicted on charges he allegedly indecently assaulted two juveniles who attended his magic classes, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney's office.
A grand jury returned indictments Wednesday against David Hussey, 53, of Weymouth. He was charged with four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
The longtime magician, who uses the stage name "David Oliver", was arrested on Jan. 23 following a four-month investigation by state police detectives assigned to the district attorney's office.
He had been arraigned and charged on two counts of indecent assault and battery and one count of indecent assault and battery under the age of 14 and was out on bail.
The alleged male victims told authorities Hussey indecently assaulted them in the early 2000s when they attended magic classes at his former home in Rockland.
According to the alleged victims' interviews, they were given private lessons at Hussey's home and they assisted him as stagehands in his show while he was a member of the Society of Young Magicians.
Hussey is also accused of inappropriately touching the boys in hotel rooms while on the road. Prosecutors say some of the alleged victims describe Hussey as having "power over them".

Hussey is expected to be arraigned on the new charges in Brockton Superior Court at a later date.
