She also reported that Ragozzine said he was coming to come to the daycare and beat another employee and was going to kill everyone if they didn't stop interfering with his marriage.
The paperwork goes on to say that the manager said the suspect also called the Friday before and made threatening comments, one employee telling police, "Ragozzine has made threatening comments to (her) before stating he would kill her, her family, and her loved ones and nothing could stop him because he was Hitler reincarnated."
Employees told investigators they are concerned for the safety of the suspect's wife and her two children.
The court documents also stated that Ragozzine was previously arrested by Connecticut State Police in 2014 for calling for the assassination of the governor on Facebook.
Police said the workers at the daycare are taking measures to protect themselves.
"They have security procedures in place but they've stepped it up and they even have an officer requested out there now, so all through open hours we have a Canton Police officer sitting out there," Captain Lawrence Terra of the Canton Police Department explained.
A spokesperson for the daycare released the following statement:
"We take the safety of our students seriously and are appreciative of the quick response of the Canton Police Department. We will continue to focus on ensuring all of our students receive an exceptional education in a safe and nurturing environment."
Ragozzine was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the first degree.
He is being held on $100,00 bond, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
